Stage One
Working from structural drawings issued by Bett’s Associates, the foundations were excavated and poured by our in-house teams – working to an accelerated programme due to the inclement weather at the time.

Stage Two
Working with engineers from Cheshire Surveys, the blockwork for the sandstone pillars and curved walls were set out and our teams got to work getting the structures ‘out of the ground’.

Stage Three
Sandstone was selected as it provided a natural aesthetic that blends seamlessly with the geology of the local area.

Stage Four
From foundations going in, it took our teams four weeks to construct the two Red Cheshire Sandstone walls and sets of pillars, a fantastic achievement given the time of year that this project was undertaken.

Placemaking is key to the success of any new housing development, as it provides a context within which homes sit and helps creates a sense of identity, which will attract prospective purchasers.

We are always looking for ways to promote sustainability and support local ecosystems. We left a natural wilderness area in the heart of the development which happily provides the perfect habitat for a wild badger set. We also installed a beehive, carefully selecting the ideal location, taking into consideration factors such as sunlight, nearby flowers, and proximity to the residents.
